Welcome to Stayloom. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Stayloom website, services, and accommodation bookings. By accessing our website, creating an account, or making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

About Stayloom

Stayloom provides fully furnished serviced apartments and short-term accommodation in Bahria Town, Islamabad. Our properties are available for daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly stays. We aim to provide safe, comfortable, and professionally managed accommodation for families, business travelers, tourists, and corporate guests.

Eligibility

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a booking. By making a reservation, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Stayloom reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any booking if false or misleading information has been provided.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed or written confirmation has been issued by Stayloom. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability until confirmation has been received. Stayloom reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion where necessary.

Guest Information

Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal information, including their full name, contact number, email address, and identification documents where required. The person making the reservation must ensure that all guests staying at the property comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are communicated during the booking process. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Guests are expected to vacate the property by the agreed check-out time to allow preparation for incoming guests.

Payments

All accommodation charges must be paid according to the payment terms displayed during the booking process. Payments may be accepted through secure online payment gateways, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

Security Deposit

Certain properties may require a refundable security deposit before check-in. This deposit is intended to cover any damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or violations of these Terms and Conditions. If no issues are identified after inspection, the security deposit will be refunded according to Stayloom’s refund policy.

Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellations and refund requests are subject to Stayloom’s Refund and Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility depends on the notice period provided before the scheduled check-in date. Administrative charges, payment processing fees, or applicable deductions may apply where permitted.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to use the property responsibly and respectfully throughout their stay. They are expected to maintain cleanliness, protect the furniture and appliances, avoid disturbing neighbours, and comply with all applicable laws and community regulations. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their group during the stay.

Property Rules

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, guests must follow the property rules provided at check-in or displayed within the property. Unless specifically approved by Stayloom, illegal activities, excessive noise, smoking in non-smoking areas, unauthorized parties, commercial events, and dangerous or unlawful behaviour are strictly prohibited.

Visitors

Visitors may be permitted only with prior approval from Stayloom. Overnight stays by unregistered visitors are not allowed unless they have been added to the booking and approved in advance. Stayloom reserves the right to refuse entry to unauthorized visitors.

Pets

Pets are only permitted in properties specifically advertised as pet-friendly. Guests bringing pets without prior approval may be refused accommodation or charged additional cleaning or damage fees.

Property Availability

Although every effort is made to honour confirmed reservations, Stayloom reserves the right to relocate guests to an equivalent or higher-standard accommodation if unforeseen circumstances, maintenance issues, or events beyond our control make the reserved property unavailable. In such cases, guests will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

Website Usage

Users agree to use the Stayloom website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation of the website, introduce malicious software, gain unauthorized access to systems, or misuse the website in any manner. Stayloom reserves the right to suspend or permanently block access to users who violate these conditions.

User Accounts

If you create an account on the Stayloom website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify Stayloom immediately.

Google Login

Stayloom allows users to register and sign in using their Google account for convenience. By using Google Login, you authorize Google to share your basic profile information, including your name and email address, solely for authentication purposes. Stayloom does not access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other personal Google services.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the Stayloom website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, videos, designs, branding, and software, is the property of Stayloom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Stayloom makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information provided on its website and to maintain high-quality accommodation standards. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that all information will always be error-free. Stayloom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or accommodation services, except where required by applicable law.

Force Majeure

Stayloom shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, strikes, pandemics, civil unrest, utility failures, or other force majeure events.

Privacy

Your use of Stayloom’s website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, stored, and processed. By using our services, you also agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Amendments

Governing Law
